Dental Insurance

We work with multiple insurance providers including HealthChoice, Delta Dental Premier and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance and will only ask for the estimated co-payment at the time of service. If after 60 days your insurance has not paid their portion, it will become your responsibility. Please also note that any portion left unpaid by the insurance company is your responsibility.
