Reed Dental Care is led by Dr. William Reed, a born-and-raised Oklahoman who graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2010 and has spent more than 15 years building a practice defined by clinical thoroughness and genuine patient-first care. That practice has deep roots. It was originally founded by Dr. Alan Mauldin, the very dentist Dr. Reed visited as a child, trained under during dental school, and worked alongside for years. When Dr. Mauldin retired in 2025, Dr. Reed purchased the practice he had always called home. That kind of continuity is rare in modern dentistry, and it means something: the care here comes from someone with real roots in this community and a genuine stake in every patient’s health.

A Note on Insurance and Payment

Reed Dental Care is in-network with HealthChoice and Delta Dental Premier. For patients covered by other insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, or MetLife, we are considered an out-of-network provider. That does not mean your insurance goes unused. As a courtesy to our patients, we file all insurance claims on your behalf and ask only for the estimated co-payment at the time of service. Many patients with out-of-network benefits find that their plan still covers a meaningful portion of their care.
We also accept CareCredit and Cherry financing to help make treatment accessible regardless of insurance status.
