Restorative Dentistry
If you have teeth in need of repair or replacement, we’ve got you covered. We’ll provide you with treatment options so you can choose what will fit your needs best. Our goal is to help you regain both function and appearance so you can once again smile with confidence! Nitrous oxide is available.
Composite Fillings
Composite fillings, also known as “white fillings,” are natural-looking dental restorations that blend in with your teeth. They can be used to fill in decayed areas, as well as help to repair chipped or broken teeth. Composite fillings are aesthetically pleasing, durable and require less tooth structure removal than a silver filling.
Glass Ionomer Fillings
A highly desirable alternative restoration material is known a glass ionomer. This material combines the best of silver and composite filling materials with its excellent anti-cavity properties and tooth colored appearance.
Onlays
Onlays are dental restorations that are more extensive than dental fillings but less-so than crowns. They are typically formed in a dental lab and are made of gold, porcelain or resin depending on the patient’s needs and aesthetic goals. Porcelain onlays are bonded to the surface of damaged teeth and matched to the color of the surrounding teeth.
Crowns
Dental crowns are custom-fitted tooth prosthetics that are used to protect or restore damaged teeth. Crowns, also known as caps, are fixed over the surfaces of natural tooth structures or dental implants. Both crowns and bridges are non-removable and must be cemented in place. Patients who get crowns to restore their smiles achieve both the function and appearance of natural, healthy teeth.
Though traditional crowns require multiple visits to the office over several weeks, we’re proud to offer same-day crown services to our patients!
Bridges
Bridges are used to fill in gaps left by missing teeth and are anchored in place by the natural teeth or crowns nearest the empty space. Bridges are permanently cemented and non-removable.
Root Canals
When a tooth has badly infected roots, a root canal is a valuable procedure that enables us to preserve the tooth. We remove the damaged portion of the nerve and blood vessels, then seal it to prevent re-infection from occurring. Typically, a cap or crown is needed afterwards for protection and restoring the tooth to full functionality and natural appearance.
Dentures
We offer custom-fitted dentures and partial dentures. Our highly-experienced team can provide you with a new set of partial or complete dentures. Our goal is to help you look your best and restore your chewing function.
We can't wait to see you!
